Because it is so awesome I couldn't resist. I'm sure there are many quotes that say the same thing, but this is just so simple and true. Pretty much why I love music.

That's lovely! I've been thinking about this concept a lot lately - Proust talks about it frequently in his books. :)
I had never thought about it quite like that before, but it's one of those things that hits you and you immediately realize how true it is. Anyone who's been moved by a song can relate to it I think :) And especially writers Katie, we use it to put ourselves in the mood :D
